StorTrec GmbH - Jiliti Group is a leading provider of data storage services with an annual revenue of €16 million. Our portfolio ranges from hardware maintenance contracts, hardware repairs, and on-site services to care packs that extend manufacturer support, as well as the design and implementation of storage virtualization solutions for high availability.
To expand our team in NIEDERNBERG we are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (m/f/d) in full-time
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate the German market, targeting mid-to-large enterprises with complex IT infrastructure needs
New Business Acquisition: Drive the full sales cycle—from aggressive cold-prospecting and lead qualification to high-level negotiations and closing multi-vendor maintenance contracts
Strategic Account Management: Develop a robust pipeline and build strong, C-level relationships to ensure StorTrec is the preferred partner for IT lifecycle management
Consultative Selling: Analyze prospective clients' technical environments to propose tailored solutions that optimize their IT budgets and extend the life of their equipment (Circular Economy)
Representation & Networking: Act as a brand ambassador at major German IT trade shows and forums to build StorTrec’s reputation
Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain a precise CRM (Salesforce) to track performance and provide accurate market feedback to the leadership team
YOUR PROFILE
You have a proven track record (3-5+ years) in B2B sales, specifically within IT Services, Data Centers, or Hardware Maintenance
You are energized by the "thrill of the chase." You have a disciplined approach to prospecting and a high conversion rate
You are fluent in German (native/professional level) and English. Proficiency in French is a distinct advantage
You understand the technical language of IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking) and can translate complex technical value into clear business benefits
Autonomous, resilient, and highly organized. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
